The Vixen Workout is the latest workout to hit the dance fitness scene from Miami, Florida. Inspired by today’s biggest hits, creator Janet Jones puts the moves you see in night clubs, music videos and live stage shows into a killer 60-minute fast paced cardio session. Class participants are encouraged to wear sneaker wedges, and get dolled up for class to add to the performance experience. Students can expect to burn anywhere from 500-1000+ calories in an hour, fog up mirrors and let go of any inhibitions while in class. Our students look better over time but, more importantly, they FEEL better immediately!
