What is INSANITY? This program will push you past your limits to get the leanest, hardest body you’ve ever had with plyometric drills and relentless intervals of strength, power, and resistance moves. The program also incorporates ab and core training techniques to help sculpt and tone the ultimate physique.
What is TOTAL BODY? Sculpt all muscle groups head to toe in this circuit style, small group training format. Use weights, medicine balls, resistance bands and other tools to really carve those muscles and get your day started.

Sundays @ 10am w/ Lori, starting June 22
What is Pound?
Pound is a full body cardio jam sesson, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, pilates and isometric poses into a 45 minute series. Burn between 400-900 calories per hour and strengthen and sculpt those muscles. After your 45 min rocking out, continue to tone those abs with and additional 15 minutes of mat work.
